We Need You to Volunteer!

This is one of our major fundraisers for the year and we hope that all of our Friends will donate their time to make this a success!

To sign up in advance, send an email to nhantelope.friends@gmail.com and include which shift you would like to volunteer.  Or you may call 916-847-4085.

Shifts

Setup - Thursday, April 24 - 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Come and spend a couple of hours any time between noon and 6 pm to unpack the books and set up the tables.

Don't forget!!! Thursday's volunteers get FIRST crack at the thousands of books available for sale!

Sale - Friday, April 25 - 11:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Duties include: tending cash boxes for the regular and bargain book sales, helping customers, and keeping the children's books tidy. Five volunteers per shift is ideal.

Sale - Saturday, April 26 - 10:00am - 2:00pm

Regular sales shift. Five volunteers per shift.

Breakdown - Saturday, April 26 - 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Break down is a critical function and we will use as many volunteers as we can get!
